|Recommended: Yes- — I love my community, how ever some times the maintenance workers do not mop the hall ways properly, and my AC has already given me issues 3 times and i havent been here a year .

|Recommended: YesTenant — At first when I moved in here I didn't agree with a few thing's or was even sure I moved to the right aptartment complex. But I will admit the maintenance staff has since been awesome. Had a few issues dealing with mold on my interior walls, and the maintenance man that came in told me he would take care of. Not only did he keep his word, but he fixed it where I don't have to worry about the paint on the walls cracking or getting sick from past experience I had dealing with mold. Also anytime I have issues with bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, or bathroom toilets they have been excellent handling to those issues. The management don't play about the rent being late, but that's understandable. They have a job to do and I respect that. They do treat tenants with respect, and I had a good time at the Thanksgiving dinner. Both ladies in office are very nice and they treated me with respect. I do like how the place is safe, and I always get greeted by the Maintenance staff. I do sometimes wish the floors in hallways would be a little more cleansing, and ppl don't just throw their trash in the hallways, but all i can do is play my part and pickup the trash in my unit. I hope to continue to stay here in the future, and hope it gets better, but I will surely recommend anyone to move in here. It's not as bad to be honest.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy experience here has been great. It’s around most places and great walking distance. The noise is pretty minimal most of the times and the staff here are nice. Biggest problem here are the roaches. They’re everywhere even when I deep clean new nests of them appear. It makes it very uncomfortable to come back home.
