But the reason why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because sometimes the elevator stops working randomly and I have to carry my bike the the third floor but other than that it's pretty cool here.

|Recommended: YesBeen here since 2016, can't say nothing bad about living here, I really need some upgrades in my unit but I see any new tenants will be very happy with the appearance. Management is very professional when in contact, neighbors mind their business. Overall I'm comfortable and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Keep up the great work.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love my apartment inside ... — I love my apartment inside but on the outside if you go out into the hallways you always see a bunch of roaches and the buildings aren’t really cleaned as much as they should be. But overall I love my place. Just needs a bit of an upgrade on the outside.
Thank you Brianna for your feedback. We are excited that you love your new home and am sorry that we have missed the bar with the hallway cleanliness. We now have a fulltime dedicated staff member whose full time focus will be attending to the the overall grounds, both interior and exterior. in addition to the hallway cleaning we will be adding fresh paint to the hallways and lobby areas of both buildings.
